INSTRUCTIONS for admission

  • To apply, you will need to submit a duly filed Registration form along with required documents and the registration fees.
  • The completed application form is to be deposited in person or sent by post/courier to our campus. Failure to pay the registration fee will entail cancellation of admission

Please follow the following instructions :

  • Download online application form from Students Corner.
  • Fill the application form.
  • Payment for application form must be Online or else Cheque/Demand Draft to be issued in favour of “Lakshya Academy”, payable at Mumbai. (Study material for each semester will be sent subject to the payment of installments/fees.)
  • Duly filled application form should be scanned and submitted with the following necessary documents duly attested or else sent by post/courier to our campus.


  • 2 passport size photographs.
  • SSC Mark sheet & certificate.
  • HSC Mark sheet & certificate.
  • Mark sheet & certificate of Graduation if completed. Otherwise Mark sheet till last qualifying semester.
  • Work experience details if any.

The Form along with cheque/demand draft should be sent to the following address or Directly deposit in our Bank Account Or IDBI Bank ltd.

Enrollment, Dispatch & Delivery

As soon as your documents are received they are completely verified and sent for further enrollment process. Once enrolled the student ID is generated and the student kit along with I-card, admission letter and study material will be dispatched via courier within 15 – 20 working days.
